My payment isn't going through is there a way to fix?

If you are having issues paying for a Masterclass I would recommend trying to swapping to a different platform such as going from PC to Mobile as this can often solve the issue.

If that does not work try to use a different payment type such as alternate card or using PayPal with your card instead.

Make sure to check if you need to approve anything with your bank to make the payment go through successfully as sometimes banks can block online purchases.

If you are still having purchase issues feel free to message me on the site (purple circle) so I can help you solve it.

Frequently Asked Masterclass Questions

Where should I start?

At the very top of the Solos Masterclass there is a video explaining exactly how to use the Masterclass and get the most value out of it, I'd always recommend starting with Solos since they are base fundamentals skills you transfer over to other modes.

Also make sure to join the Masterclass Discord server to talk to other members, post your results and play Masterclass customs. Go to the #get-roles channel to get started.

I get Nervous during tournaments what should I do?

If you struggle with nerves or anxiety in tournaments I would recommend 3 things outside the game; Drink a lot of water as you play, chew gum and to have a deep calming breath when feeling your heart rate rise.

One of the best ways to work on overcoming your nerves especially in fighting or when Low HP is to practice playing Solo ranked and get experience fighting in game with some punishment for dying as well. Another good thing to do is play more defensive, make lots of space and wait for the opponent to make mistakes and you play slower.

What would you recommend for improving my aim?

I would recommend to anyone KB, or Controller to do 20-30 mins of IN GAME aim training (there is a few routines inside masterclass) every day for at least a week then finish your normal warmup. Then for the majority of your playtime spend it practicing fighting in game such as Solo Ranked playing a little bit slower than usual and focusing on hitting all your shots AND having good movement to not be doing bad peeks and bad 50/50 edits.

How do I fix mistakes in my gameplay and improve my gamesense?

The fastest and most underused method of DRASTICALLY improving is by VOD reviewing yourself constantly. Getting the most out of VODs is all about focusing on what CAUSED the mistake not just the micro mistake that led to you dying. For example if you died getting held with not many mats on a later zone rotate, the mistake isn't the single rotate that caused you to die, but all of the positioning and timing choices you made earlier on in the game that led to you being on congested side, not being able to refarm, not finding nice timings to rotate for free.

Focus on the causes of the mistake and often what is helpful is watching a player who was near you earlier on and had a more successful game and see what they did instead. Remember to make notes as you go as well.

What videos are best to watch before a tournament?

The best videos to watch are always the new meta ones at the top, as well as some first earner VOD reviews to see what other players are able to do. Then choose another based on what you want to work on such as fighting, taking height etc just choose around 3 total that will get you in the correct mindset to perform.

I struggle playing Ranked how do I fix this?

If you are struggling in ranked I'd recommend landing somewhere you are comfortable at winning offspawn with less players or just do your normal solo cash cup landing spot to practice that. From there take smart fights and try to approach with a damage advantage (try to beam them) and try to win fights without doing a bad 50/50 or bad edits so you avoid taking lots of damage. Getting consistent 10 kill wins in ranked is much better practice than hot dropping and dying trying to get a 20 bomb.

What are the best ways to improve at fighting? I'm a god in creative but not in game...

If you struggle with fighting I would recommend starting one of the training routines (I would go for mech routine), then do 30 mins MAX of 1v1 creative practice, try to do fast paced maps that have comp loot. Then play Solo Ranked and work on in game fighting and not dying as well as winning fights without taking lots of damage.

There is also a whole section on fighting featuring a lot of pros that I would recommend watching around 1-2 videos per day and trying to implement the tips.

I just swapped inputs, what are the fastest ways to improve?

Firstly make sure whichever input you decide to play is the one you are most motivated to improve on, current skill means nothing unless you are motivated to get better.

When learning KBM or Controller I would highly recommend practising as much as possible in creative where you have zero pressure. Spend at least an hour a day completing the mech routine in the Solos Masterclass, grinding edit maps and edit courses as well as doing in game aim training to get your mouse control up. Then do at least 100 1v1s to work on your fighting fundamentals and using your mechanics. This process takes time but it is worth full grinding it before you are ready to play ranked or tournaments.

I’m returning to the game and am washed what would you recommend doing to get back to a competitive level?

One of the biggest mistakes players always make when returning or trying to unwash is being focused on minor things such as changing sens, keybinds or set up thinking it will help them catch up. Instead all of these will hinder your performance and you should focus on playing as much as possible, grinding training routines and aim routines and practising fighting LOADS in creative then solo ranked. Once you have spent time getting your fighting up to scratch you can focus on specific mistakes and start VOD reviewing.

SENS, EDIT ON RELEASE, KEYBINDS, SETTINGS, PERIPHERALS

I have been asked a question related to one of these topics every single day for the past 4 years and my answer has always been the same: It Does Not Matter

Yes you read that correctly, changing one setting or swapping your edit bind, or buying a new mouse will not instantly transform you into a tier 1 pro with $100k earnings. What will help you is by sticking to whatever you are currently on and actually GRINDING what you need to improve whether that is:

  • your awful edit control that you blame edit on release for

  • your tragic aim that you have never trained that you blame your sens for

  • your terrible movement that you think a new keyboard will fix

If you actually want to improve stop blaming a setting or sens or set up and instead think of a productive way you could fix the issue, the masterclass contains a lot of methods to do so.

I'm inconsistent day to day, some days I win every fight and the next day I can't hit a shot. How do I always play good?

First things first I would get a consistent routine you do every time before you start playing. Playing consistent is all about doing the same things day in day out: same warm up, same schedule, same routine. Don't expect to be playing well whilst not even warming up properly.

Also another huge aspect that is overlooked is outside factors on your gameplay. If you slept less than 8 hours, if you haven't eaten good foods, if you are stressed or have had a long day at school or work all of these factors will influence how well you can perform.
